Now please read these instructions:

Please ensure you’re in a private space e.g. at home or personal office, not a coffee shop or open-plan office, as you’ll be asked to pose which may feel a bit strange for you if you’re in public!
Have a think where in your house or office has good natural light - a north-facing window is ideal.
Grab a can of beans/soup and a couple of elastic or hair bands. This will be our makeshift tripod that we’ll secure your phone to. Sounds odd we know, but it’s simpler and easier than a tripod for these sessions.
Make sure your phone’s 100% charged and ideally have it connected to good wifi or at least 4G.
Open the app just before the time of your appointment and your photographer will contact you through the app. The session usually takes up to 20-30mins.
Your phone will upload the photos to us. Please allow an additional 30mins after the shoot for this.
We’ll process the photos and send you the download link.
This information will also be emailed to you. Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it.
